When a user is 'attempted' added to X, wouldn't it be nice if X could send a notice to
the user, if he was online? And if the user isn't online, well,
then it could be memorized in X next time the user logged in, sorta like the password
notice CService has at present.
Something like.
if you dont want people using adduser then wouldnt it be easier to just not
give them 400+ access?
