The minimum requirements for linking a server to Undernet is a dedicated
machine running 24 hours, 7 days a week and a MINIMUM of MULTIPLE E1/T1 to
SEPARATE providers. Single-homed 10mbps or higher speeds may apply, however
multiple T-3/OC-3/DS-3 connections are preferred. You must be runni

When I am testing, this is the ./configure line I use for ircu2.10.11. You
will notice that all the ?paths are not the same.

Look at the example.conf file in the doc/ directory. There is a utility to
crypt password in ircd/crypt/. Type cd ircd/crypt , make, then ./mkpasswd
