Anyone after a laptop replacement should consider the Asus eeePc. It's Linux based, cheap (£220 UKP) small and fairly rugged. Hey, don't discount the NEO1973+Apple Wireless Keyboard idea, also. Its a very neat package, and while it is two things to carry around, its two very nice things
