[qtmoko v44 sd card] screen dimms even QX settings should prevent this

2012-06-02 Thread robin
hi

does anyone know if there is another possibility to prevent screen dimming
for a qx application (it is navit in my case). Activating "Prevent screen
dimmming" in the app settings still allows the screen to dim approx after
15 minutes. This is somewhat bad for car navigation ;-( .

best regards

robin

phoenux' #1 google hit is a

For the record, I never liked "moko"
either. Too German.

The new phone is "Made in Germany" so "moko" is okay!

This was a really informative post - thanks! But how are you going to
spell the new baby's name? I see Phoenux, Phoneux, and Phonux all
within a few lines.

Also, importantly I think, if you heard it spoken you'd probably be able
to guess correctly how it's spelled, which helps with googling and
word-of-mouth publicity. And it has the sound "phone" in it which helps
tell people what it is ("Phoenux" doesn't, at least in English). And
"Phoneux" looks as if it should be pronounced in French (or is that just
me ...).

But of course it's the parents who should name the baby, and I'm really
only a bystander, though soon-to-be GTA04 owner ...

This file is just contents of /opt

Rest of the 87MB is standard debian /usr /bin /etc... and you dont need to
replace it when developing qtmoko.
