Hello,
One can toggle in Settings-->Brightness the display between
low|medium|high... can I do this soemhow with, for example, the xset
command or something else from the shell?

the FR is powered-off
(or does it somehow via the hardware clock?). I even did a test moving
the alarm time to 12am, powered-off the FR and it die not came up at
12am? So, what it makes booting at six?
