yeah, i thought of that. the correct libc6.so is in the /usr/lib dir,
that's not the problem. the problem is with the opkg database - i'm
assuming it's stuck in a not-easily-fixable situation

i've been taking a few packages from debian and installing them on my
shr system. all was going well, until i got to libc6. here i should
have stopped - this is a pretty critical part of any system, unlike
gphoto and other trivial stuff that i'd installed previously

well, it means it stopped working. i tried it in my old phone, and it

hi,
i finally got a new sim today after my previous one died a while back.
i'm using shr-testing, put the card in and booted up. nothing. i ran
settings and turned on the gsm antenna. still nothing. so, i went back
to settings, and the gsm modem had been turned off. re-boot, still
nothing. now when
