Don't know if this is expected behaviour, but when I moved "rw" part
before all other kernel parameters:
r...@om-gta02:~# cat /boot/append-GTA02
rw console=tty0 loglevel=8 rootdelay=1
now Neo boots fine with Qi and finally shows Illume desktop and everything.
