The patch fixes the issue of self-moving windows indeed. One exception: When
moving a window from one display to another display (multi head setup), the
window moves stubbornly. But I can live with that.

Just want to confirm that is working perfectly here, I wasn't able to patch it

reliably reproduce this issue by enabling or disabling the plugin.
With place windows plugin ENABLED:

I want to note here that the Expo and Cube plugins were working flawless
with mipmapping enabled on a machine with Intel HD4500 on-board gfx and
open-source driver, so the mipmapping problem just occurs with fglrx, so
