Are the 19x19 web pages working? I put up the weak many faces bots, and
they are playing games, but they are not showing up on the web pages.

Does anyone know of any 13x13 game collections (between strong players)?
Also, a more general question: is there a place to bulk download games
from KGS? I could only find a search form to look for game records of
one player, and then only month by month.
(Same question for IGS, Tygem and any
Does it make sense to use a komi of 7.5 for 13x13 and 19x19 under CGOS
rules?
I see you went with 7.5 for 13x13. I was about to suggest 8.5 but
changed my mind while writing this email. First evidence for 8.5 is
Robert Jasiek's comments (e.g. I have observed that 8.5 komi for 13x13

It appears that it's working. It is a separate process and only
updates intermittently. I
I'm wondering if I should have set 7.5 for 19x19.Someone posted that
6.5 for Japanese, 7.5 for Chinese.I currently have it set for 6.5
but that can easily be changed. I would rather be consistent with 7.5
unless it's clear that this is incorrect.

Hi,
I will have very few free time until end of this year to work on my go

So after some work I'e obtained a version of goober with light

But there is no sign of crash in my engine, all goes like if the cgos
client have interrupt my engine.
Maybe you should send = c5 (with a space) instead of =c5.

I've already checked this, the response is well formed : the equal sign
followed by the point (which I'm sure is valid here because it was only
the second one) and two newline.
There is no additional space neither strange newline, just like this c
string : =c5\n\n
but thanks for the idea

Thanks for this, just found the bug with the two previous mails and
tested it. This works...
Aaaargh, it's always that, you are sure that you have checked all, read
ten time the specification, checked your log 100 times, and the bug is
still on your side...
This was used to work perfectly until
I would be in favor of 7.5 everywhere.
We used 7.5 at the US Go Congress computer tournament and got 23/42
wins for white. Of course, every game but one ended in resignation...

Just an informational message - cgos temporarily down not due to any
serious problems but just some maintenance/test stuff. So don't panic!
