Because of my health problems I will not be able to attend this year
either, so neither of the two people who ran last year's event in
Portland will be able to do it this year.
Any other volunteers? It would be nice if this became a regular event
again.

Due to other commitments, I will NOT be attending the US Go Congress
in Fairfax, Virginia, August 1-9. As a result, if there is to be any
computer Go event there (e.g., computer-computer tournament, computer-
professional match), someone else will have to organize it.

Thanks for the input. It is a very interesting idea. Since I don't have a
transposition table but only a stupid tree, I can't apply the same mechanic.
I can image that with a transposition table, nodes are very equally distri-
buted, so pruning one of the 16 moves almost always is a good choice.
