Simple and easy to use, but you have to go online to the BIOS
manufacturer's website to get all the latest codes, which makes sense.

Perhaps it's not such a great investment for someone of your
experience. You're the one who accurately surmised that the processor
or motherboard was bad when this thread was first started. But I want
to keep learning about what is going on inside computers so I can
better understand them. I don't
What happened? Does the iPod Touch not work as a flash drive on
unauthorized Macs? Does it have to be jailbroken? Can I transfer the
video via WiFi?
The Touch does not come with the ability to mount the drive on a
computer. That's rotten and Apple has not been criticized enough over

Modems. (same or disable on board modem IF POSSIBLE)
Add in cards.
Newer motherboards have a lot built in them which causes me the
willies, because if one of them go bad
Well, one disconnects everything and either gets to the BIOS or
doesn't. If you can't, you replace it (after testing the PS
obviously). I dunno, maybe I've just been lucky, but I'm having a hard

In reality, if one PS is not working swap it out and see if it works.,
For really big shops it makes sense. For
I have a piece of software called Tune Ranger that allows you to pull tracks

My VHS VCR of about 10 years just died, and my VCR with S-VHS appears
likely to die shortly.
Oh! All my tapes of my children that I intended to transfer to DVD from
20 years ago but never did may be lost; recording the latest
presidential debate tonight might not happen if the S-VHS fails.
