In Windows 7 you can configure restore points or set them by:
Left Click on Start
Right Click on Computer
Left Click on Properties
Left Click on System Protection
Left Click on either Create or Configure

online it says that the autoconfig doesn't work if security is
set up. The expander has to be set up manually. I find it amazing that

My brother in law did a video update from CNN this morning and ended up
with AntivirXP08 problems. Does anyone have a simple cure? Is this
really where the problem came from? Any help in ridding this from his
computer (short of reinstalling WinXP, etc) would be appreciated.

I might be mistaken, but that is not necessarily true, my Seagate 500GB
SATA 300 drive has a jumper that you can put across two pins to make it
recognized as a SATA 1.5 GB/Sec . This might be what he's talking
about. Anyone else jump in on this to tell me if I'm correct.
