You don't say what model minidisc you have.
The latest models of Sony minidiscs can transfer files directly to the
PC via a USB cable. The Sony software that comes with the minidisc is
called SonicStage. It is essentially a drag-and-drop operation to
transfer minidisc file between PC and
I had a minidisk ages ago...very good hardware. You could use mini plug to
miniplug from the out on the MD to an input on pc if it's got one which it
should. Audiograbber is free and should record the input signal. You can
get a more versatile recorder like total recorder pro if you'd like.
