Thank you. I did just that. Connected one computer directly to the modem and it worked fine. Then I spoke with a technician and he guided me. I went to the three computers and entered the IP of the router as primary and then a second IP he gave me as secundary. It is working fine now. Marcio

Go into the setup dialog of the router (http://192.168.0.1/ or whatever your router uses) and look for the section that sets up the DNS server that the router should use. Every make / model of router will have a somewhat different setup dialog (web page and linked pages). Fred Holmes At 09:28
