Are all those emails in one folder? OE has a limit of 2gb per folder, might
want to check into that. I'd not keep anywhere near that much in any one
folder in OE.

I wanted to make sure your mouse settings weren't reversed or delayed.
It kinda seems to me that you need more memory to store and load all the
messages since getting rid of 1 allowed slow opening.
Burn 'em to a cd/DVD or delete them into cyberspace!

Today, suddenly my Outlook Express 6.0 running under MS XP service pack 2
stopped recognizing a double click or a right click for email attachments.
Meaning that I can not open the attachments and I can not even save the
attachments to disc with a right click, to then open from the disc.
