I have my machine topped out on RAM- 2GB and it is a three or four
year old Athalon based HP. So I don't think so. I'm going to try
the Safe mode thng when I get a chance.

I was talking about the speed of launch. FF is lethargic compared
even to iTunes which is pretty slow to load on my PC as well. Once it
is open they are about the same but the open all in a folder is only
FF so far.

Works for me. Google uses Flash Player. Are you up to date with it? Do
other Flash SWFs play for you? I recently upgraded to Flash Player
version 9, but you should not need the latest version for Google.
