Has anyone else noticed a change in the carrier of 3M tape 415, often referred to as encapsulation tape? In the last batch we ordered the carrier seemed thinner and more elastic. A thinner carrier would be fine for encapsulation or for light uses such as attaching handmade photo corners. But
