I have this same bug. I'm running Mandrake 9.2rc1.
I upgraded Mozilla several times (and tried Firebird as well) and they all do
the same thing when using the GTK

Oops... forgot to mention, I'm not using an NVidia driver. I'm using a SiS 650
driver (on board graphics). This bug is not NVidia specific.
