I think the updates is meant for final and is looking for 9.1 final mirrors
(which do not exist), not cooker mirrors. This is why update is set to no

Yes, I meant update to the latest dhcp-client, but you need
dhcp-client-3.0-2pl2.5mdk.i586.rpm from a cooker mirror. This is the fix.
