I am thinking of having a go at making a sponge cake in the microwave and
wondered if any-one had any success with it. I remember my Aunt making a nice
chocolate one when I was little so its something I've always wanted to try.

Muffins and Loaf Breads:
Never beat muffin batter; mix it only until dry ingredients and liquid are
blended. The mixture may look rough and lumpy, but baking will fix that. Grease
muffin tins only on the bottom - not on the sides. Batter will then cling to
the sides

2 cups non-fat sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 oz. Cream cheese
