It's not just plain spray, nonstick spray; it has flour with shortening for

Julianne a zucchini with a julianne peeler
Slice a onion as thin as possible
Cut a red sweet pepper into strip (1/4 inch or less)
Salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle on some olive oil.
Place in a casserole dish.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 f.

2 or 3 zukini cut very thin, i use the slicer on my grater.
Cut up onion and mix veggies with 2 or 3 eggs, a cup of milk with salt and
