Start at 12 o'clock and pull the pizza cutter to 6. Turn the pan so that what was 3 o'clock is not noon and repeat the process. If you want to cut into 8 pieces, measure with your fingers halfway between two cuts, turn that to noon and repeat the two cuts as before. HTH. --- Be positive!

Rocker knives are the best way to do it, as you do a cut in a single action, but if you're cutting with a roller knife then cut towards you instead of away, turning the pizza so each cut is directly toward you. It won't be perfect, but it's a lot closer, and of course take your time cutting. I

I've heard it also helps to freeze the layers before frosting so you have a firmer surface to work with. I've never done this, but it makes sense. Another thing to try is frosting the sides first, working from the bottom up, and then placing frosting on the top center and spreading to the rim
