Interesting about the lactaid milk. My grandmother used to freeze milk in
the 1980's. But I'd never heard of doing it, until I got the e-mail this
morning. I thought you'd be interested in it.

I saved this, Jan, it could be useful. I have found that if I purchase
lactate milk, the shelf life is longer than other milk and I can use it
before its purchase by or use by dates get here. Its dates are a month or
six weeks out there. It tastes like any other milk but has a sort of creamy

Good news! According to the Dairy Council of California, it's perfectly fine
to freeze milk for later use. You just have to make sure you do so before
the expiration or "best by" date. If you find yourself always pouring
out-of-date milk down the drain, this simple solution

Here is a different recipe for horseradish sauce.
Here is a recipe for Horseradish sauce from t
he website Natasha's Kitchen:
Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp prepared horseradish drained
2 Tbsp mayo
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp chives
Thanks for this recipe. I thought I had one to contribute after the request
was submitted, but was amazed that I couldn't find anything in my
collection. I still think there may be some hidden recipes or misfiled ones
where recipes are hidden.

Horseradish Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

I appreciate your message, Linda. I was hoping someone who has been on this
list for a long time might've had a recipe. My brother-in-law just retired
and I want to make this for his party. Apparently, I made this many years
ago and I don't have the recipe now. Have a great day.
