I've been thinking about this recipe for a few days so I made it tonight.
It's a bit rich so select side dishes accordingly.
First take an 8 oz. block of cream cheese out of the fridge and let it
soften at room temperature. Brown 2 pounds of ground beef, as lean as you're
comfortable with. Turn out
It takes technical know-how, but it is possible to sync orgmode with a
pc or mac computer when it's on a phone. I've never done that yet
though.

orgmode apps exist for all of the platforms you mentioned. Sometimes
orgmode is separate from emacs in iPhone and Android environments.

We all have our mthods. What I do when a recipw like this ask for half of
liquids, I just feel with a spoon or wooden utensil and guess it.
After some time of cooking, bkaing one get's use to measurements.
Like I said, it's a test and trial thing
Sorry if this is not a good enough answer but
I've always been curious. How do you know that you have reduced the liquid to
half? Guessing? Tasting? Pouring it out repeatedly and measuring it?
Sometimes it doesn't really matter whether it's exactly half or not. But in
some recipes, it might have an effect on the success of the recipe.
