This is what I do when cooking meat, or something frozen in the oven.
No cooking spray required.
Lay a piece of aluminum foil down on your cookie sheet or pan, then, on top
of that, put a piece of parchment paper. Make sure the whole pan is covered,
and you shouldn't have a mess of any grease underneath the foil. This works
especially with pork or chicken. But, when cooking 5 minute fries, made by
McCains, I just use parchment paper for those,I never flip those, or
meat.

That works real well for cooking fish too if fish is sealed in
waterproof packages when it goes in the dishwasher.

COOKING TIP

Do you need a bunch of unpeeled potatoes for a recipe? Don't feel like
scrubbing them by hand? Put them on the top rack of your dishwasher and run
them through the rinse cycle (the non-soap wash cycle!). It will get them
super clean!

Me neither! Haven't had one fro 2 or more years. Would absolutely hate it
except that I rarely wash dishes now. Retired househusband does it while I
work. Yea! I washed so many dishes from the time I was 6 or so that I've sure
done my share. We used to have 20 at a time for lunch at my mom's and I
thought dirty dishes would _never end!!!

COOKING TIP!

salty ham

If you shy away from ham because it's just too salty, try this trick: Soak
slices of ham in milk for 20 minutes (a zip-top bag works great for this).
After they've soaked simply rinse them in cold water and cook as desired.
The milk takes away the salty flavor and leaves you with delicious ham.

When I was in school, this is how our home mech teacher had taught us how to
cook. She had also had us put down a paper towel lined cookie sheet to catch
any spills making cleanup a breeze.

ng cleanup

Do you pre-measure all your spices and ingredients before you start cooking?
(you should, it makes it go much faster!). If you want to skip having to wash a
bunch of pinch cups or bowls use paper cupcake liners or small paper cups to
hold the ingredients. Simply throw them away when done.
