We made this the other night.
You can just throw everything in a crockpot and let it cook on high for
5 hours or 8 on low.
The ingredients aren't written in stone. Change them up and make it
your own. Serves 4.

1/2 large onion, diced
1/2 turnip, vcubed
1/2 parsnip, peeled and
