Hi all,
I installed both ccpem (with coot 0.9-pre) and ccp4 with coot (0.8.9.2) on my
macOS. In both coot version, I could not find the "custom" on the top panel of
the menu. I want to use the build/mutate/merge functions etc from it. Can
anyone give me some idea of how can I fix the problem

Hi Jing Liu -
The Custom menu you're talking about is probably from Oli Clarke's
coot-trimmings script.
https://github.com/olibclarke/coot-trimmings
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Jared

Thanks, Jared. That solves the problem.
Best.
