Yes, I am very grateful. This information has opened some doors and I have been able to find the documentation Elwyn refers to. Now my challenge is to find Samuel Weir's ancestry. He married Sarah Harvey. I've been able to find several baptism and marriage records from Ballysudden and the Parish of Derryloran. There are several Harvey families so am currently trying to group the individuals into family units to see if I can get a sense of the larger family. Samuel Weir may have had a brother or two but I haven't been able to confirm that yet.
