[courier-users] Catch-All email account?

What is the easiest way to set-up a catch-all for all none valid emails for my domain. That is if a email doesn't really exist (ie they spell their name wrong) it gets sent to me otherwise it still just goes to the correct person? I have seen some examples but they all seem to be all (valid
