Tempered glass gets very expensive, Ask for store-front type glass with
aluminum frame around it, it would be a quarter of the tempered glass price.

+1 what Tony said. The Hive is kinda a perfect name but it's super overused
and I think there's probably a Hive in every city. I would avoid it for SEO
purposes. And instead of squashing all your excitement I'm going to give
you the coworking name I came up for a space in Mongolia but the word
didn't translate for them. Hearth. It's got heart, art, earth and evokes
feelings of warmth and gathering. Feel free to take it if it resonates with
you!

Angel

ps. My weird personal issue with Hive is that there's only 1 lady per hive.
Think about that...

Good name! You may find concept of "Stigmergy" also interesting and useful
for coworking. Have a look at:

Hey Kevin!

The Hive is one of the most popular names for a coworking space, for good
reason–it's a pretty good name, for the reasons you describe.

Having proudly run a space with a delightfully punny name for many years, I
find this to be too good of an opportunity to pass up. This is a chance for
you to make a statement.

So, perhaps you can put Hive in your back pocket and always know you can go
back to it if you need.

I posted not long ago in another thread about this, but I'll just say
shortly here: this is a great chance to invite your members' participation.
Throw names on a wall, do some brainstorming, see what people gravitate to,
and know that you always make the final call.

New Work City came from one of our members, and another (future coworking
space owner, hi Alex Linsker!) was so sure that had to be the name that he
convinced me to go for it.

And I still love that name. :)

Tony

PS - You're awesome. Keep it up. :-)
