[Coworking] Re: wifi solution $$ ?

2017-12-29 Thread Barbara Sprenger
Hi Patrice, if you want to take a peek at what we're doing through
Satellite Deskworks, we can show you. We have interconnected wifi check-in.
Members only have to login once, then we know the MAC address of their
devices and even measure against their plan. So if they have, say, a
10/day/month plan and come 11 days, they're just charged for the 11th day
on their next recurring billing. Also sells day passes automatically to
non-members, gives you a free code that changes every day, and gives guest
passes to people for reservations (that are active for 1/2 hour before to
1/2 hour after the reservation.)

[Coworking] Re: Cobot + Squarespace

2017-12-29 Thread Angel Kwiatkowski
I just recently started using the Cobot calendar to google sync and from
there I embed the calendars on my website. It works well...just be sure to
create a unique google calendar for each of your
resources. http://coherecommunity.com/the-space.
Cobot also added an external bookings feature so that non-members can make
bookings. I haven't tried that yet.

Re: [Coworking] wifi solution $$ ?

2017-12-29 Thread Alex Hillman
I’m confused - Patrice, are you looking for how to offer your members WiFi with
access control over who gets online? Which part do you want managed by a third
party?
