Hi. We simply tell everyone that "payment confirms a booking", and that goes for any monthly or walk-in plans. We allow cancellations 2 weeks in advance, 50% refund if 1 week, and none before that. That said, we're exploring shorter notifications, and do have exceptions to the rule when, for

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if there are general best practices for when to require payments for space reservations (especially if they are booking a space for the entire day). Also, similarly, what are your cancellation policies? Do you keep a certain percentage at different time periods
