As with all dry erase paint, it performs only as well as how smooth the surface is underneath. Finished plywood should be good enough, but just note that it’s still probably has some texture, divots, knots, etc. That said, I’m a fan and use it as a standard over drywall as people seem to

I'm very enticed by the new clear dry erase paint offerings. Has anyone had experience with the clear formulas of any of these three brands in the last year? I'm planning to do clear over a finished plywood that has been sanded and clear-primed 3 times before application. Angel -- You
