Thanks, all. I am very confused by the paths. I am using the index.html
generated by Bridge, have not changed any of the paths, and uploaded all of
the generated folders exactly as they were created. The images all show
when I do a local preview so why, if the paths are bad, would they show up
that the URL might alter if it was looking locally or on the server, but
the same file structure exists in both places.

even though I have the same size indicators for links as for regular text, I
am confused as to why the linked text appears somewhat smaller.
