Apparently there is a set of settings in IE7 under General,

You can actually set it to Ignore the 1) colors 2) font styles and 3)
font sizes specified on web pages.

It looks good with Firefox and WIN2000 and at 1280x1024
If I were you, I would insert a short neutral image, perhaps gray, after each
of the photos. They look very peculiar when one is superimposed upon another.
