None of them work on

I was told that this page doesn't look good in Mac OS9/IE5. I'm not
worried about that but I would like to hear if it has any problems in
more recent Mac browsers?

it pushes the contents of the sidebar down.
How can i avoid that ?
The phrase is style one.

You can either turn the span into a removed float by adding...
