I am having trouble with IE8 in compatibility mode (IE7) - the list bullets
won't show. I've played around with margins, padding, list-position, etc. In

I have a co-worker with IE9 who is experiencing a bizarre rendering issue with
IE9 while in compatibility mode. This issue goes away when he refreshes. This
is the page: http://sbctc.edu/ . The two lines of text (just the white text)
in the footer renders to the right top of the page layout.
