With this current design, IE looks fine but FF has a 20 pixel space between
the top and the start of the header image. I want it flush against the top and
have been trying for over 30 minutes. Can anyone let me know if this is a IE

Hello guys and gals,
I am working on a new site layout and I have a ghosted city scape in
the back of the content area here. I need the content area to also
stretch down when there is more content, but I cannot hthink of the
best way to do so so that the city stays on the bottom.

I could not figure how to get this effect best through only CSS so I
had to rely on the old Java roll over stuff.

I am pretty sure 75% of designers have run into this (I have yet to
until now).
In IE, my right side nav is all messed up. Its fine in FF. Its supposed
to be all white and obviously is not.
