I'm still unable to resolve the issue below :(
I tried redesigning the nav.css (new one is called):
http://hitech.lead2gold.org/css/navmain.css
I also tried fooling around with the print.css. However I keep coming
back to the same results. I can print fine in IE7, (haven't tried IE6

In your print sheet, try getting rid of the floats.
