[css-d] yet another ie problem

Hello, I am having a problem with a horizontal css menu. You can see it here: http://webtech.tstc.edu/students/gardnerj/cns/index.htm The menu is really a little to large in Firefox and to small in IE. Also, in IE only the top drop down item shows up. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jennifer
