If you can be held responsible for writing something --or producing a work of art or fiction--which someone then uses --or choses to immitate--in the commission of a crime, then everyone's life suddenly becomes very dangerous, indeed. Does this mean that crime and mystery writers will be feeling the pinch next, since they do write about and often explain how crimes are committed. Sounding more like Stalinist Russia every day. Just wait until you get the real skinny on this HR l790. They are starting their campaign to seriously dumb down America. It seems we are not being totally stupid fast enough to satisfy them. I thought we were making excellent progress, but that just goes to show. If they make it a crime to tell us or teach us, the program can make real headway. Sec. 402 is part of Amendment S.AMDT.353 to S.254, agreed to by an 85-13 vote (http://www.senate.gov/legislative/vote1061/vote_00123.html). BTW, S.AMDT.351 (sponsored by Sen Allard) also added to S.254 routes around the first Amendment by OKing religious observances of school violence memorials. Re: [CTRL] Fw: Senate bans some bomb making info from the Internet
-Caveat Lector- Well then, why do they not ban fireworks as well..if you can make a firecracker and rocket, you can make a bomb. We just had a local man killed some years back along with a little kid injured, due to a 4th of July celebration that turned into a disaster when the fireworks explodedthe impact shook my house, less then a half mile away. Now the information placed on the internet comes from a book..maybe the libraries should take a good look at some of their books, rather than spend half their time in the "black culture" sections where they now have books on voo doo for the kiddiesspecial African week. Why not special Irish Week, or German Week, or Serbian Week.. This country is sick, but the sicknes did not begin with the people in it - it began the day JFK was murdered in the streets of Dallas, the last President of the United Sttes. If you want to see the sickness, look not only at the kids at Littleton, but their Superintendent and Principal and in particular, the teacher with a son who was a "porn" movie starmovie star? And Clinton is getting a big kick out of the whole thing is he not...while he assisted in genocide by selling AIDS infected blood from which he obviously took a profit, sending bombs to kill children in Serbiaand you wonder why the children are kill happy? But remember, their mentor - they use the drugs to get the control, and then set the programmed killers loose upon the innocents.
