I think this is basically inaccurate, if you are refering to Egyptian cosmology and
mythology. The Egyptians regarded the earth as male and the sky with its stars as
female ( the goddess Nut) . Osiris was a god of the Underworld. The Earth was
represented by a male goose (gander?) named Geb.

In Egyptian mythology, the Moon is male, too. Many of the goddesses were solar
goddesses. Although Ra was the Sun god, Sekhmet was his consort. (This might
indicate that many mythological concepts had male/female counterparts and that life
was not sexually polarized as it is in our present society)  It was she--originally a
powerful, revered goddess of healing, arts, magic, beauty, and you name it, who got a
really bad rep for hurling (at Ra's instructions) the Eye of Ra at the earth, causing
unparalleled death and destruction--an event which might translate into something like
the solar storms and eruptions we are seeing lately.

Curious.

Anyway, Mother Earth and Father Sky has absolutely nothing to do with Egyptian
cosmology or mythology. It seems to have more to do with Christianity and Native
American beliefs.

In a message dated 10/19/1999 1:39:18 AM Mountain Daylight Time,

There is something in smaller print at the
bottom, which I cannot make out 

This letter was written by a child who died December 18, 1945, at
the Auschwitz Concentration Camp. The Indian who is pictured in
the grave, you will see has a white glow coming from the eyes.

This, according to my research, indicates "soullessness".

I wish I had more time to write on this subject, and this is
certainly not a ploy to "hock" tapesBut, I am currently
finishing a video series, which is a condensed version of
my previously published book:

ATLANTIS: The Beast That Was, Is Not, And Yet Is.

Part two of the series, explains in detail the significance to
this set of DIA murals. I am finally at a point where I can
begin to section off some of my time and put up a website--
and the DIA murals will definately be part of what will be
included at the site.

The murals that everyone seems to be familiar with, are at a
very common area that is frequented by passengers as they
exit the elevators from the underground trains (leading from
the concourses), heading toward the baggage pick-up area.

There is, however, another painting at DIA which never seems to
make it onto the web. It depicts "Mother Earth - Father Sky",
which is basically another way of saying Isis and Osiris.

Despite the objection of those on this list who whine at
the attempt to send "unsolicited" .jpg attachments to
the CTRL list, I will, at my next convenience, scan the
photo and send it anyway.

Those who would snivel about it-- can simply choose
NOT to download the file, and keep their pie hole shut.

Needless to say, my overall opinion of the DIA/Masonic
connection is unfavorable, and, the murals present at
DIA's "New World" Airport are NOT coincidental--

They are only part of a much bigger picture.
