mingw-bzip2 provides the static library, DLL import library, and header

I was wondering how one would compile cygwin-src on linux.
I currently have a binutils and stage 1 gcc (a.la. "make all-gcc;
make install-gcc") targeted for i686-pc-cygwin.
I have tried the following

ssh-host-config found in 4.9p1 is broken. Running the script dies with the
message "Unexpected end of file at line 624". By inspecting the code, I found
that there is an non-closed if near line 191. There is an open if that was
never closed.
