I would like to propose packaging 'd' for Cygwin distribution.
'd' is an alternative to ls -l (see setup.hint), released under the GPL. The current
and previous versions have built OOTB under Cygwin 1.3.x and 1.5.x with both GCC 3.2-x
and 3.3.1.
