I am sure that the funds will get to the Czernowitz Chabad community. We
have been transferring funds this way for the CJCRO ( www.cjcro.org)
activities for several years now and they have always arrived securely.

Glisnshtayn, the leader of the Chabad synagogue and community in
Chernivtsi. Although there is no active fighting going on the situation in
