The image is correctly centered in the preview and the paper sizes
appear only once, except for A3+ / US B borderless and maybe other paper
size.
A3+ paper size is defined in the ppd file. I also verified the media
sizes available using the lpoptions command.

This is now fixed. It was due to an omission when porting to Gtk3. I
forgot to port the clean-up of the paper combo :)
