Beside the export button in lightable there is a settings cogwheel. Click
on this and ensure that you have geotags selected.

GPS information on the backup sites I use. As far as I know, darktable
will not touch raw image and I have to embed the information in the
image itself for the online sites to work.

camera does not have GPS nor do I have easy access to such tools. I
don't need exact coordinates, but information like it was this park or
general location is good enough for me. I use google maps to copy
