Absolutely all cameras produce these jpeg because it's the only way they
have to display the picture on the rear screen. The only difference is
that the resolution and compression settings differ from one
manufacturer to another.
Canon: Full resolution - compressed jpeg.
Fujifilm: reduced resol

on the image information tab there is 'creator' and 'copyright'. How does
one edit that? Right now I have copyright set to 2017 but soon it will be

I seem to be unable to open a file in DT by double clicking the file. DT
opens, the XMP file is created/opened, but the image doesn't show up.
Kernel: 4.13.11-1-ARCH x86_64 bits: 64
Desktop: KDE Plasma 5.11.3

FYI: The issue was resolved by Germano Massullo by recompiling v2.0.7 with
el7's current GTK3.
A new rpm is available in epel-testing repo of el7: darktable-2.0.7-*3*.el7
