server? AFAIK, there is no embedded PostgreSQL server. And last,
I deleted the database again and did the import again. This time I was a
bit more patient - I only imported one year at a time.
Now the default behaviour is back. I do not trust SQLite.
Is there any hope that we would be able to use PostgreSQL in the future -
a proper database?

If the filter you are using is selected as a bookmark - try deleting the
bookmark and select manually. If it works - make a new bookmark.

I took two photo's today (2019:07:20) and imported it. I only could get to
it when I used the date (2006) to get to the imported photo's. Although
