Hi Aditya, Getting Shapefiles for all of them will be difficult, but you should have a look at the River Basin Atlas released by India WRIS in 2012. The India-WRIS site isn't currently working, but the report is available from India Water Portal at: http://www.indiawaterportal.org/articles/river-b
